CampusGhar is a classified advertising and local discovery directory designed to help students discover accommodations (Stay), pre-owned academic items (Buy), student food options (Eat), and campus amenities (Services) near colleges and competitive exam coaching ecosystems across India.
CampusGhar is operated by Mithilesh Kumar under the brand name CampusGhar. Current structure: Individual operator / unregistered brand. This does not represent CampusGhar as a registered company.
• Not a Landlord or Tenant: CampusGhar does not own, lease, operate, or manage any listed properties or rooms.
• Not a Real Estate Broker or Agent: CampusGhar acts purely as an information publisher and does not broker tenancy agreements or earn tenancy commissions.
• Not an Escrow or Payment Intermediary: CampusGhar does NOT collect, receive, hold, or transmit rent, security deposits, token money, or purchase prices between students and listers.
• Not a Delivery Company: CampusGhar does not transport goods or manage logistics between buyers and sellers.
• Direct Relationship: All real-world inspections, agreements, lease signings, and payments take place directly and independently between the parties involved.
To create an account, publish a listing, initiate contact, or manage listings on CampusGhar, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
While minor students preparing for competitive examinations may browse publicly accessible listings without an account, any transactions, agreements, room bookings, or listing publications must be conducted by their parents, legal guardians, or an adult aged 18 or above.
CampusGhar charges listers a platform listing publication fee for hosting, displaying, and highlighting listings on the platform. These fees represent completed digital publishing service fees.

Listing owners are exclusively responsible for the factual accuracy, legitimacy, and legality of all content, titles, descriptions, pricing, photos, and contact information they submit.
Listers must possess all required legal rights, municipal registrations, and permissions to offer the accommodation, merchandise, or service advertised. Stay listings must reconfirm availability every 7 days; listings unconfirmed for extended periods may be automatically marked unavailable.
Users may not post deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or illegal content. CampusGhar reserves the right to review, reject, request revisions to, or execute emergency takedowns (REMOVED_BY_ADMIN) of any listing that violates our guidelines or threatens student safety, without liability or automatic refund.
CampusGhar provides its platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that listings will generate inquiries, tenant occupancy, or sales. We do not inspect premises, test appliances, or guarantee the character of users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampusGhar disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from user interactions, tenancy disputes, or transactions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
